Bas-Relief

Mike takes your image, such as a photograph, and sculpts it in bas-relief, an ancient style of sculpture. Mike has been commissioned to create bas-relief sculptures for athletic achievements such as those at the 1989 World Champion Masters Track Meet and the 2008, 2012 and 2016 Olympic Track & Field Trials in Eugene, Ore. These small, detailed sculptures can also be translated into large marble bas-relief pieces. Examples of Mike’s work can be seen in these pieces:

Small commissioned bas-relief pieces are $3000 for two copies of the same piece and poured in hydrostone.

Bronze

Mike has worked in bronze since the 1970s and is internationally recognized for his portraits. Examples can be seen here.
