Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be secured in the original packaging for returning.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Commissioned pieces
- Deposit for commissioned pieces once work has commenced
To initiate a return, please send us the following information:
- Your name
- The title of the piece
- The date of purchase
- The purchase price (please include an image of the receipt)
- The reason for requesting a return
Please email mikeleckiesculpture(at)gmail.com with any questions or concerns, and to start the return/refund process. We will work with you to ensure the sculpture is packaged and returned safely. Please return it in the original packaging if possible. In some cases, this may result in using a company local in your area to make certain it is safe for transit back to us. If the return is due to you (the customer) changing their minds about the sale and keeping the sculpture, the return shipping cost (and insurance) will be paid for by the seller. Returns and refunds due to damage while shipping from Mike Leckie Sculpture to the seller will follow the rules listed in the next section below. Your refund will be processed when the return has been received.
If the work is damaged in transit, contact us immediately.
- Do NOT delay!
- Carefully describe the damage
- Take complete photos of the damage (including close ups)
- Take complete photos of the outer shipping box(ex) and inner box(es)
- Keep the shipping box and material
- Don’t worry.
We will work with the shipping company and keep in contact with you throughout the process to help get the piece returned, repaired, or replaced.
